Accident Register
How to record workplace accidents and dangerous incidents, manage the people involved, and export the official registers.
The Accident Register module allows you to record and track workplace accident events, the people involved, and the investigation results, with the option to export in Excel format.
1. Module structure
An event represents the incident or accident itself (date, location, type). Each event can contain one or more persons involved with their individual data.
Event types:

2. List of events
The main page displays all recorded events, with filters for:

Each row in the table displays the title, type, date, status, and number of persons involved.
3. Creating a new event
Click "New Event" and fill in:

| Hazard description | (for dangerous incidents) Description of the hazard |
| Hazard measures | (for dangerous incidents) Measures taken |
4. Editing an event
Click on an event in the list to open it. All fields from creation can be modified.
The event status can be changed between:
- In progress — the investigation is ongoing
- Completed — the investigation has concluded
5. Persons involved
From the event page, the "Persons Involved" section allows you to add victims/witnesses.
Adding a person
You can add a person in two ways:
- From the platform — search by employee number and the data is automatically filled in from the employee's profile
- Manually — fill in all fields manually

6. Register export
The "Export" button in the corner of the page allows you to download an Excel file (.xlsx) with the complete register, formatted according to legal requirements.
Several types of registers are available for export:
- Register of minor accidents
- Register of accidents with incapacity
- Register of accidents (consolidated)
- Register of dangerous incidents
1. Main interface — tabs
The module is organized into two tabs:
"In Progress" tab
Displays active events (status In progress). This is where accidents and incidents currently being processed are added and managed.
"Completed" tab
Displays events with status Completed — documentation is complete and the record is closed.
2. Event types

The "Outside work" field marks events that occurred outside working hours or the workplace. These do not appear in the ITM register.
3. Creating a new event
- Click the "New Event" button in the top right corner
- Fill in the event fields:

- Confirm creation — the event appears in the "In Progress" tab
4. Filtering and search

Click on any column header to sort the table.
5. Viewing and editing an event
Click on any row in the table to open the event details page.

Click the "Edit" button in the action bar to modify the event data. All fields are editable while the status is In progress.
6. Managing persons involved
Each event can contain one or more injured persons.
Adding a person
- On the event details page, click "Add Person"
- Optionally, search for the employee by operator ID to automatically retrieve basic data
- Fill in the fields:
Personal data:

- Edit: Click the edit icon next to the desired person
- Delete: Click the delete icon next to the desired person (irreversible action)
7. Completing an event
- Click the "Complete" button in the event's action bar
- Confirm in the confirmation dialog
- The status changes to Completed — the event can no longer be edited
Deleting an event
Available in any status. Click the menu icon (⋮) next to the event in the table and select "Delete". Deletion removes the event and all associated persons (irreversible action).
8. Exporting registers
The "Export" button in the top right corner allows you to download the official registers in Excel format (.xlsx).

Numbering of records in the register starts from the value configured in Settings (see section 9).
9. Settings — Register current numbers
Accessible from the application's settings menu (3 dots → Configuration from the application list).

Changing these values affects numbering on the next export. Default values start from
