My Team
How to configure the My Team module for team leaders and managers.
The My Team module allows team leaders and managers to view the files of the employees reporting to them directly from the personal dashboard. The administrator configures which components are available in the module.
1. Module configuration
From the My Team application settings page, the administrator can enable or disable the components available to leaders:

| Enabled | Fully enables or disables leaders' access to the My Team module |
| Documents | Allows leaders to see the documents in the file of each subordinate employee |
| Reports | Allows leaders to see the team's compliance reports |
Each setting is saved automatically when changed.
2. Available features
When the module is active, leaders can access the My Team section from the personal dashboard and:
- View the list of employees in their direct team
- Navigate the reporting hierarchy (if they have employees with sub-teams)
- Open an employee's file and view their documents (if Documents is enabled)
- View the team's compliance reports (if Reports is enabled)
Access is strictly limited to employees in the leader's direct subordination. A leader cannot see employees from other teams.

Configuration is done from Admin Panel → Applications → My Team.
The page displays three configuration options, each with a Yes/No toggle:

| Enabled | Yes / No | Fully enables or disables the module. If set to "No", CLMs cannot access the module from the personal dashboard. |
| Documents | Yes / No | Allows CLMs to view the documents of subordinate employees. |
| Reports | Yes / No | Allows CLMs to generate reports about their team. |
Each change is saved individually as soon as the toggle is switched.
2. Configurable features
Module enabled
The main enable control. When disabled, CLMs receive the message:
"The My Team application is disabled."
Documents
When enabled, the CLM can view the document list of each subordinate employee and can access PDF or video type revisions.
Reports
When enabled, the CLM can create and manage report templates, generate reports for their team, and export them in PDF or XLSX format.
