Applications

The platform includes optional applications that are activated from:

Menu > Applications > Available Applications > [Application] > Install

After installation, the application is available under Applications > Installed Applications.

• RFID Cards — manage employees' RFID cards and configure card-based authentication
• IronMountain M-Files Archiving — automatic and manual archiving of revisions in M-Files CloudVault
• IronMountain AE Archiving — archiving of electronically signed revisions in IronMountain Archive Engine
• Namirial E-Sign Archiving — automatic archiving of PDF documents in the Namirial archive (eSignAnyWhere)
• Courses and Testing — create courses, sessions, and multiple-choice tests for employees
• Audits and Questionnaires — audits, questionnaires, and reports with corrective actions
• Accident Register — record workplace accidents and dangerous incidents, export official registers
• Employment Calendar — schedule HR events: hires, changes, suspensions, and contract terminations
• HSE Reporting — monthly HSE indicators, targets, and report export
• My Team — configure the team view module and reports for workplace supervisors (CLM)
• Document Issuance — configure self-service documents for employees and monitor issued documents
• .docx Templates — create Word templates with interactive forms, dynamic fields, and electronic signature
  • Version 1 (classic) — variables detected automatically from the file, plain text replacement
  • Version 2 (advanced) — step-based form, repeatable rows, paragraphs per COR occupation, and conditional blocks
