Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for acceptable use of the SSM.ro platform
This policy supplements the Terms and Conditions and establishes the permitted and prohibited uses of the SSM.ro platform.
Permitted use
- Managing digital documents and training sessions for your own organization
- Electronic signing of documents by authorized users
- Programmatic integration via the API within applicable usage limits
Prohibited uses

| Illegal content | Uploading illegal, fraudulent content or content that infringes third-party rights |
| Security | Attempts at unauthorized access, bypassing access controls, unauthorized scanning, exploiting vulnerabilities |
| Service integrity | Intentionally overloading the platform, denial-of-service attacks, abusive scraping |
| Accounts | Sharing or transferring credentials; accounts are personal and non-nominative |
| Electronic signature | Providing false identification data or signing on behalf of another person |
| Intellectual property | Copying, redistributing, or unauthorized commercial use of the platform |
Content responsibility
The user is solely responsible for the content of uploaded or generated documents. SSM.ro does not verify the legality of the content, but has the right to remove content that violates the law or this policy.
Consequences
Violation of this policy may lead to suspension or closure of the account, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions — including immediate closure, without prior notice, in case of abuse.
Reporting abuse
Suspicions of abusive use or security issues can be reported through the support channels.
