Termination and Data Portability
The process of contract termination, data export, and data portability
Upon termination of the contractual relationship, customers can recover their data, which is subsequently deleted in accordance with retention policies.
Data portability
- Self-service export — activity logs and organization data can be exported by the Super User from the client panel
- Automatic daily export — tenants can configure a daily export of signed documents to an external archive of their choice (cloud storage, qualified e-archive), providing an independent and portable copy
- Formats — data is provided in a portable format, within the limits of technical feasibility
Termination process
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions:
| Stage | Detail |
|---|---|
| Voluntary closure | The customer requests account closure |
| Soft delete | Data is retained for 90 days (recovery/export window) |
| Permanent deletion | After 90 days, the account and associated data are permanently deleted |
For suspension due to non-payment, the 30 / 90-day terms described in the Terms and Conditions apply.
Recommendation upon termination
Before permanent deletion, the customer should:
- Export all necessary documents and data (or confirm that the external archive is complete)
- Download the relevant activity logs for their own records
- Confirm completion of migration to an alternative solution, if applicable
