Role of the DPO
- Monitors compliance with GDPR and national data protection legislation
- Advises the controller on data protection obligations and on carrying out DPIAs
- Serves as point of contact for data subjects exercising their rights
- Cooperates with the supervisory authority and assists in managing data breaches
When to contact the DPO
- Questions regarding the processing of personal data through the platform
- Exercising the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.
- Reporting a possible data breach or a processing irregularity
