Both models: 99.9% guaranteed monthly availability. Enterprise Model: maintenance windows negotiated contractually.
Same availability level for both models
Both models guarantee 99.9% monthly availability (planned maintenance windows are excluded). In the Enterprise (Dedicated) Model, maintenance windows are negotiated contractually.
Shared Model (SaaS)
The SSM.ro platform guarantees a monthly availability of 99.9% for the Shared service. This corresponds to a maximum unplanned downtime of approximately 43 minutes/month.

Availability is based on:
- Heroku — managed platform with autoscaling for web and worker dynos
- AWS — microservices (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch) with high availability
- Continuous monitoring (New Relic Ping Monitor) for rapid detection of unavailability
Enterprise Model (Dedicated)
The Enterprise Model guarantees the same monthly availability of 99.9%, with maintenance windows negotiated contractually per client.
