Platform Access
How to get access to the ssm.ro platform, what to do if you haven't received your invitation, and how to change your password or email address.
How do I get access to the platform?
Access to the ssm.ro platform is granted via email invitation, sent by your organization's representative.
Steps to follow after receiving the invitation:
- Open the invitation email and click the activation link.
- Set a secure password (your browser may suggest one — we recommend saving it in a password manager).
- Complete your account setup (optional: enable 2FA and change your communication language).
- You will have access to your organization's materials and your personal document folder.
What do I do if I haven't received the invitation message?
The invitation is sent automatically when your organization starts a training session or requests that a document be signed.
If you haven't received the email:
- Check the Spam / Junk folder in your mailbox.
- Contact your organization's representative and confirm that the email address entered is correct.
- Request that the invitation be resent.
How do I change my password or email address?
You can change your password and email address at any time from the Profile menu, accessible from the top-right corner of the platform.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and follow the instructions received by email to reset it. The reset link is valid for 6 hours.
The message shown after submitting the request is identical whether or not the address is registered in the platform, so it is not a confirmation that you entered the correct address. If the email does not arrive, check the address and your spam folder — see Account security.
Lost access to your email address?
Contact your organization's representative to be re-enrolled with a new email address. Your data is not lost — your record and your history in the organization remain untouched.
Two-step authentication (2FA)
You can protect your account with a verification code requested in addition at sign-in, enabled from My Account > Profile. Some organizations require 2FA for all of their users.
The activation steps, what to do if you lose access to your 2FA codes, and how to unlock your account are described in Account security.
Is your account locked?
After 10 failed sign-in attempts, the account is locked automatically and you receive an unlock link by email. The counter counts wrong passwords and wrong 2FA codes alike. The lock is not lifted by the passage of time — follow the link you received or request a new one from the login page.
